Step By Step Ordering Process

1. On the welcome page from which you were e-mailed, you will find the button for the school galleries link. Fill out the required fields above that button.

2. Click on the button “Let’s See My Dancer!”, which will bring you to a page with dancer albums.

3. Find your child’s name, and click on the gallery for your child.

4. Enter your password (which should be e-mailed to you).

5. View and enjoy your images! Feel free to “favourite” and let me know which ones you love!

6. Once ready to order, click on any image, and select “buy photo”.

7. You can view the Packages, as well as the individual items. Click through the options of prints and products: Prints, Canvas Hangings, Fun Stuff, and Digitals.

8. Note, the “Packages” are groups of items which provide a discounted price. You can order multiple images, or the same, for any items in the packages. You may add on any other additional items too. Digital image orders will be emailed directly to you after purchase. There is a discount for 5 or more digital images purchased.

9. Once you have the items in your cart to purchase, continue with the payment process, by credit card. If you wish to pay by e-transfer, select “Pay Later” and e-transfer the amount to sarahbellphotography@gmail.com (be sure to follow up with an email directly from you so I know to connect payments and people).

10. Please place your order of prints or digitals within the order deadline (June 2, 2025). After that time, no print or digital orders will be accepted.

Note: On photo day, I do my best to create a comfortable environment for all kids. Some are willing and ready to give me a variety of poses and some are more reserved - or just happy with one. That is why some galleries may have more photos than others, including group photos.
